rent out 2 quaint &quiet private rooms in my 1800 sq ft Victorian home in safe, residential neighborhood 2 miles from downtown and 2 blocks from MetroHealth hospital. 2 blocks from the major highway Rt 71 with ample street parking. 10 minute drive to downtown CLE and CLE airport.
Victorian home with inlaid hardwood floors, wood trim, pocket doors, inset cabinets, parlor, bay window, etc. Recently renovated white Grecian marble bathroom. Kitchen has granite countertops, newer appliances including coffee maker, Nespresso & espresso maker.
Central air conditioning and brand new furnace.
Covered front porch with fenced front yard. Back deck in large backyard with small garden enclosed with privacy fence. Brand new stainless steel gas grill on back deck.
New security system that's easy to use.
Washer/dryer in basement. Street parking always available in front of house.
Pet friendly.
Quiet & safe residential, family- orientated neighborhood with a main road nearby. Its a close-knit little community- (we all look out for each other). Police station 2 blocks away. Near downtown, Tremont & Ohio City (which all 3 have majority of the best restaurants & trendy bars in CLE).
2 blocks from MetroHealth hospital and 1.5 miles to the Cleveland Zoo.
This is THE cheapest listing in a SAFE neighborhood that is still NEAR everything!!!
2 blocks to the major highway (Route 71) that goes directly to downtown Cleveland and to CLE airport in the other direction (10 minute drive). Close to Route 90 & 77 along with other highways nearby.
Bus line is 1 block away that goes downtown every 5-10 minutes. Rapid (light rail that goes to airport & downtown) is 2 miles away.
~$8 Uber ride downtown Cleveland.

Janet was absolutely amazing! This was my first airbnb experience and if everyone is like this I won't stay in a hotel again! It was so homey and Janet and her boyfriend were very personable and sweet.

I had an interview at Metrohealth and Janet's place was perfect. It was very clean and walking distance to the hospital. Janet was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Janet is a wondeRful host. She made sure to provide everything I needed immediately. The place very convenient for people who go for metrohealth for a rotation or interiew. Its just 0.5 mile. I am really glad to stay there, otherwise I would have been late for my iv just like anyone else becoz of the snow storm. Janet, is a great person to talk to and make friends with. I would definitely stay again if I were to go to Cleveland again.

I really like the place here. Janet was so much welcoming and hospitable . It was so much accurate as described in photos . She provided everything she described in the list of amenities. The place is so much accessible to public transportation and to the downtown. Janet offered a lot of help to get to know the neighborhood. I would love to come here again .

Janet is very hospitable and welcoming. She is an excellent host. The house is very clean and quiet. Something very useful and thoughtful of her is she included a binder of restaurants, markets, public transits, places to see in the area . Everything about the experience is first class.

Janet was an amazing host. She made me feel as if I am at home. Very clean room- very clean house- very nice host and a very friendly dog she owns. Loved the stay. No problem during any moment of my stay. She even offered me 2 free bus tickets and one drive to Ohio city. Very amazing and respectful indeed. Highly recommended! Thank you Janet.

Janet was a great host, a lot of things right in the room for your use. I work nights and was there sleeping during the day. I had no problems and was probably my favorite airbnb so far just because it felt like home. Awesome value.
